This apartment and beach hotel is located beside the sea at the heart of the tourist centre of Cala d´Or. Situated on the main road of the Calo des Corral, public transport links and the bathing cove are located just 100 m away. Restaurants, bars and numerous shops are to be found some 300 m from the hotel. The town centre is just 800 m and during the summer may be reached by taking the miniature railway (for an additional fee). Various nightclubs are located 1 km away.

The comfortable and spacious recently renewed 1-bedroom apartments come with a tiled bathroom with hairdryer, direct dial telephone and satellite TV with a music channel. Further fittings include a combined living room/bedroom, a kitchenette with fridge 2 electric rings and toaster, central heating and air conditioning, a hire safe and a furnished balcony, some of them with stunning sea views.
