This complex was built in 1981, renovated in 1999 and consists of 382 apartments (adjoining or detached properties). This holiday complex lies directly next to a large bay (about 50 metres away), overlooking the beach of the Caleta de Fuste. A number of shops (within 400 metres) and a small harbour with a restaurant and tapas bar are located in the vicinity. The nearest public transport links are within walking distance, located just 800 metres from the hotel. The airport is just a 15-minute bus journey away. Puerto de Rosario, the island´s capital, is 12 km from the complex.
