Built in 1985, the complex was completely renovated in 2007 and is located along a main road. This hotel is the perfect place for enjoying a holidays with family or with friends. This apartment complex is ideally located in Costa Teguise´s tourist centre, just 150 metres from the nearest beautiful sandy bay. Countless shopping and entertainment venues in the town centre are within walking distance of the hotel, or may easily be reached by making use of public transport. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel (10 m away). The island´s capital, Arrecife, is only 7 kilometres from the hotel.
