This charming holiday complex is best suited to guests seeking tranquillity, comfort and hospitality. The complex with stunning views comprises 368 apartments spread over 6 village-like areas. This delightful hotel offers room service for your convenience and comfort. Each area has its own pool and children's paddling area. One of the complex's features is a saltwater lagoon with a private beach. Amongst the facilities, which has been laid out following the principles of Feng Shui count a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a currency exchange and lift. Moreover, there is a small supermarket with a bakery, a café, a bar and a nightclub. It is possible to gain access to the Internet and there is a laundry service as well as a laundrette to take advantage of (fees apply). Bicycles may be hired and medical assistance is available on request. Younger guests may let off steam in the playground or participate in the kids' club activities and there is a car park for those arriving by car. Dining options include two à la carte restaurants: La Hacienda and Mai Tai restaurant, which both offer a large selection of dishes. La Hacienda serves speciality dishes with only the freshest and best ingredients. So guests are offered, for example, freshly prepared pizzas in a stone oven, which are popular with the locals. The wine menu offers a range of national and international wines. Mai Tai pool bar and restaurants lies in Paradise Island, which is reached along a bridge from the private beach. Breakfast and lunch are served here, along with barbecues and Italian ice cream. Paradise Island additionally features a swimming pool with a waterfall and Jacuzzi. Soleil bar is a lobby bar, serving regional and national drinks and cocktails. Regular sport and quiz nights or karaoke evenings also take place here.

This attractive apartment complex is located directly by the beautiful beach of Los Charcos and thanks to its excellent location, this hotel is a firm favourite among return guests. It is a few minutes walk to the centre of Marinero with its many sights such as the Cesar Manrique Museum, a cactus garden and the Montaña del Fuego in addition to the small town of Arrecife. Links to the public transport network are to be found around 100 m from the complex.
How to get there:
From the airport, head towards Arrecife and keep on the dual carriageway for about 3 km. Continue following the signs for the ring road, then take the left turn towards Lanzarote Oeste / Norte. Stay on this road and take the 3rd left to Costa Teguise. Once on the dual carriageway towards Costa Teguise, pass the Barceló Suites on the right and the Playa Verde Hotel also on the right. Then go straight across the small roundabout, and just after the roundabout take the right fork. Across the next roundabout, take the first left, signposted Gran Hotel Melia Salinas, and carry on this road for approx 1 km until seeing the resort on the right.
Rooms:
The tastefully decorated apartments offer plenty of comfort for a relaxing stay and each come with a spacious lounge with a sofa bed, a folding double bed, a dining table with chairs, a telephone, satellite TV, a hire safe and Internet access. With the exception of the studios, all the accommodation with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms include a double bed (twin beds on request) and an en suite bathroom with a bidet, double wash basins, bathrobes and a hairdryer. The studios and villas include a fully-fitted kitchen with a large fridge and freezer section, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee machine and ironing facilities. The apartments however, simply feature a kitchenette, without a dishwasher or an oven. All the accommodation includes a furnished terrace or a balcony, so that guests are also able to eat outside. Accommodation is cleaned five times a week. Towels are changed five times a week and the bed linen is changed twice a week.
Sport and leisure activities:
Within the grounds is a pool area with 7 swimming pools for adults, as well as 6 pools for children. It is possible to relax on one of the 6 sun terraces where sun loungers and parasols have been laid out ready for use and there is also a Jacuzzi and a massage service for guests to take advantage of. Sporting activities include a gym to work out in and an array of other leisure offerings are available including aerobics, tennis, diving or windsurfing. There is a fulltime entertainment programme for guests' amusement. The complex features a cabaret club, which features two fantastic evening shows and offers the chance to dance until the early hours. There is a kids club, with qualified staff, for younger guests. Games and activities such as treasure hunting, handicrafts, face painting, costume parties where children create their own disguises, are all included in the kids activities. A games room and playground are also included in the facilities. The nearest golf course is 2 km away.

La Hacienda Restaurant specialises in a la carte dining using only the freshest and best quality ingredients prepared with care by specialists chefs. Our freshly prepared pizzas are cooked to order in a stone oven and have earned us a renowned local reputation. The restaurant also offers a fine selection of local and international wines. Mai Tai Pool Bar & Restaurant is situated in the Paradise Island Complex, accessed over a bridge from the private beach. It is open for breakfast and lunches, having barbecues, as well as an Italian ice cream parlour. Paradise Island also has a stunning heated swimming pool with spectacular waterfall feature and Jacuzzi. Soleil Bar is a lounge bar found by the lobby, offering a wide range of local and imported drinks as well as cocktails accompanied by sports, quiz nights and Karaoke.
