Location:
Situated in El Vergel, only 400m from Les Deveses sandy beach, and 10km from Denia where guests will find a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops.
How to get there:
On the AP7 motorway take exit 62 (Denia, Ondara, Javea) and continue towards Denia. Once there take direction Carretera Les Marines. Guests will arrive next to the sign for 10 km on the CV730 (Les Marines). Here turn left towards El Vergel. Take the first exit to the right (Cami Reial de Gandia) and then the second left turn (Cami Salobres). Continue straight ahead until the first roundabout, where the logo for IBB Hotels Residencial Paradise will come into view. Reception is in apartment 92.
Rooms:
All the apartments look out onto the garden and swimming pool. They are bright and sunny, and each has a fully equipped kitchen with electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, cooking utensils, fully fitted en suite bathroom with hairdryer, TV, individually adjustable air conditioning and heating and a private terrace.
Sport and leisure activities:
The resort has an outdoor swimming pool for adults, as well as a children's paddling area, a playground and a paddle course, all surrounded by well-kept gardens. Around 10 km away there is a golf course, Oliva Nova, and 8 km away is La Sella golf course and the Sierra de Montgó Nature Reserve. Les Deveses beach is recommended to practice Windsurf and Kite-surf, due to the favourable winds suitable for the practice of those sports. Also, the beach is flat, with warm waters and not too deep, ideal for children.

Observations:
Check-in time is between 5:00 pm and 11:00 pm and guests are asked to check out before noon. Keys are to be collected and left at the reception desks located in the resort. It is very important to collect keys before 11:00 pm, as after that time the reception is closed.
