Situated in front of the beach of Menor sea and few metres from the Mediterranean sea, in the kilometre 13 of la Manga del Mar Menor. 15 minutes walking from the marina where you will find shops, restaurants and bars. The nearest golf course is only 1000 metres away.

The penthouse have spacious terrace of 40 m2 with sun beds and outdoor furniture (under request and subject to availability).
