Situated on top of Monte Pego between Gandia and Denia, with a magnificent views to the Mediterranean sea and the Marjal Nature Reserve, 10 minutes from Pego town centre, where you will find bars, restaurants and many shops. The nearest golf course is just a few kilometres, as well as Las Marinas and Les Deveses Denia´s beaches. You will also enjoy the natural environments of La Vall de la Gallinera.

You will find 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. 2 bedroom apartments have 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom and suites up to 4 people; they come with a fully equipped American style kitchen, and a comfy furnished living and dining area with a Sat TV; and 2 penthouses consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and suites up to 6 people, they have a large separate kitchen, a laundry room, living and dining area with a sat TV and air-conditioning. Cots on request. Double sliding doors lead from the living area out to a large terrace with views to the Mediterranean and the Marjal Nature Reserve.
