All apartments are situated on the beach front of the sandy beach of Playa de Gandía area and 4km away from the town of Gandia. Valencia Airport is about 75 km away.

Rooms:

All apartments come with 1 bedroom to sleep 2 people, a living room with a sofa bed which sleeps a further 2 people, an American kitchen, a fridge, a washing machine, a microwave, a bathroom and a balcony with sea view. Clients can hire TV (local charge).

All buildings feature a swimming pool and a tennis court. In the nearby, clients can find restaurants, bars, disco, ect

Observations:

The apartments have no reception area so guests are required to collect their keys at the pick-up point indicated on the voucher. A deposit of approximately 150 EUR will be required on arrival and refunded on departure after the apartment has been checked. During high season/bank holidays, the deposit will be from 300 to 600 EUR per apartment according to the owner's conditions. Guests under 30 years of age will be not permitted during the Easter period. All apartments are fully equipped with cooking utensils, bed linen and small towels.
