Opened in 2004, this hotel comprises a total of 269 rooms spread over 11 floors, most of which are doubles, doubles with sea views and junior suites. All rooms are tastefully decorated and very welcoming. Amongst the facilities count a 24-hour reception with safe, lifts, two restaurants (one buffet service and another one à la carte), a lobby bar, a café, a TV room, a pub, wireless Internet access, room service, meeting and banqueting rooms, cinemas, shopping area, car park, business and events centre and a casino (open from March till November). Most of these services incur a local charge and some of the facilities may not be fully operational during the season.

Located close to the beach, this spa and conference hotel is also a casino resort and lies in the tourist centre of Playa de Gandia, roughly 4 km from Gandía city and 50 minutes from Valencia and its airport. Many different bars and restaurants are to be found a few minutes' walk away (about 100 m) and links to the public transport network are approximately 200 m from the hotel. The beach and sea are a stone's throw away (250 m) and El Grao de Gandía is 1.5 km away where guests can find several kind of shops.
