The charming, terraced-style apartment complex was newly opened in 2002 and comprises a 3-storey apartment block featuring some 17 wonderful apartments. Facilities within the main building include a welcoming reception area with a TV room/ lounge. This recently renovated hotel boasts excellent facilities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The apartments are regularly cleaned and towels are changed three times a week whilst bed linen is changed twice a week.

This apartment complex is peacefully yet centrally located on a hillside in the south of the island just a stone´s throw from the nearest wide sandy beach. Links to the public transport network are just 100 m away and offer convenient access to the multifaceted town of Fuerteventura. The centre of Morro Jable with its diversity of bars, restaurants and shopping and entertainment venues lies within easy reach and the wonderful island offers attractions to suit all tastes and ensure an unforgettable holiday. Furthermore, Fuerteventura airport lies approximately 85 km away.

The light, tasteful apartments of some 60 m² each come with a combined bedroom/ lounge, a bathroom with a hairdryer, a separate bedroom, a balcony or terrace offering fabulous views out over the sea or the surrounding complex, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, a hire safe and a kitchenette with a fridge.

Sport and leisure activities:

There is a large, pleasant pool available within the complex and it is possible to kick back and relax on the sprawling sun terrace where sun loungers and parasols have been laid out ready for use.

The complex is self-catered. A selection of bars and restaurants are to be found within easy reach of the complex and cater to all tastes and whims.

Observations:

The reception is open daily, except Sundays, from 10:00am to 1:00pm and from 4:00pm to 6:30 pm. Please, inform about the arrival flight and time because the reception is not opened all clock round.
