This aparthotel is situated in the heart of the tourist resort of Puerto del Carmen, only a few minutes from the beach and the resort centre. Nearby there is a shopping area with boutiques, bars and restaurants. Lanzarote Airport lies around 8 km away.

The hotel offers one and two bedroom apartments, fully equipped in a modern functional style. All apartments come with a sofa bed in the lounge, an en suite bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave (fee), a toaster, a fridge and a kettle (fee). The apartments are also have a safe, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV (coin-operated), a radio, Internet access and a terrace. The apartments are cleaned 5 days week, sheets are change twice a week and towels three times a week.
