This hotel is located in the centre of S´Illot, in front of the historic talayotic village, only 300m from the wonderful sandy beaches of Sa Coma and S´lllot, where there is a variety of restaurants, bars, shopping venues, nightclubs and public transport. The Drach Caves and Hams Caves are only around 6km away and the Palma de Mallorca Airport is within 70km.

The well-kept hotel grounds offer a large swimming pool with a children's paddling area, a poolside snack bar as well as sun beds and parasols. The hotel does not provide health spa treatments between 1st June to 30th September. Family rooms are in two buildings 100 m away from hotel Mariant, which are called Mirgay and Sertonia.
