The Plaza de Europa is around 50 m away and the beach is some 500 m from the hotel, as are the Promenade Jaime I and the Fuente Luminosa fountain. It is around 200 m to various shopping venues, bars, restaurants and links to the public transport network.

Rooms:

There are various types of apartments available. The accommodation for 2/4 persons comprises a double bedroom, a living/dining area with a sofa bed for 2 persons, a fully fitted bathroom, a kitchen with a washing machine and a terrace. The accommodation for 4/6 persons mostly come with identical facilities as the apartments for 2/4 persons, but with an extra double bedroom. Bed linen will be provided appropriate to the number of beds available. Towels are not included. The apartments will be cleaned prior to arrival. The bed linen is change on a weekly basis, and the electric and water meters will also be read once a week.
