Location:

This complex is situated in the tourist centre of the town. Public transport can found 1 km away. Scores of shops, restaurants, bars, pubs and a nightclub are to be found approximately 2 km from the hotel and the nearest beach is some 2.5 km away. Menorca Mahón Airport is 15 km from the hotel.

How to get there:

On leaving the airport: continue straight ahead past the first roundabout until reaching the next roundabout, at the main Mahon/Ciudadela road. Turn left towards Ciudadela. Follow this road for roughly 12 km past Alaior on the right, and shortly after that, there is a signpost for Son Bou. Turn right and proceed along the main road, following the signs for Son Bou. Continue along this road (roughly 5 km), and guests will come to a tunnel in the hillside, after which there is a roundabout, showing a sign to the beach. Continue along this road. The reception office of M.M Property Rentals, is situated on the left-hand side, just past the roundabout, from where the key to the property should be collected.

Rooms:

The comfortable villas come with en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, a hi-fi stereo system, a fridge, king-size beds, central heating, a safe and a lounge area. Final cleaning is carried out by staff after guests have vacated their rooms.

Sport and leisure activities:

Guests may make use of the hotel's swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols and a Jacuzzi. Golf enthusiasts may take advantage of the golf course that lies some 30 km from the hotel (fees apply).

Observations:

Water, gas and electricity are included. Also incluided are a hire car, daily cleaning service, daily maintenance and cleaning of the pool and fruit and flowers on arrival. Pets are not permitted.
