The nudist resort comprises of 4 floors with a total of 281 double rooms. The spacious rooms are the perfect place to rest at the end of a long day of sightseeing. The beach hotel was built in 1989 and later underwent renovation in 1999. There is a lobby with a 24-hour reception, lifts, shop, a nightclub and a hairdresser, a currency exchange desk. Other facilities include an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area, laundry service as well as a garage. For younger guests there is a playground and children's club available.

This comfortable beach hotel is situated directly beside the 15 kilometres-long beach and is fabulously located for links to the public transport network. The fishing harbour is about 5 km away. It is approximately 15 km to the centre of Mojacar and the airport is located 80 km away.

The studios comprise of an integrated living room/bedroom and a kitchenette with a fridge; they are otherwise fitted similarly to the standard rooms.
